A Stronger You

You don't need to look like Arnold Schwarzenegger, but you do need strong muscles and bones, particularly as we get older. A strong body can help protect against and prevention from many of today's major health issues. Our one-on-one strength programs will provide functional strength allowing you to live your life, your way. Each session is designed for you, for your needs, and your goals.

Health and fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also how it is on the inside! A strong cardiovascular system keeps you energised, supports your immune system, helps weight loss and keeps you looking and feeling great both inside and out! A sedentary lifestyle is one of the greatest contributors to ill health.

GROUP

Fun With Friends

Exercising with others can be motivating and help keep you on track. Enjoy a bit of social time and have some fun while working on your health and fitness! HIIT, boxing or circuit - the choice is yours. Dial up the intensity  or dial it down, depending on what you’re after. With six groups to choose from, you get to decide (see our menu below).

HIIT & MIIT

High Intensity (HIIT) and Medium Intensity (MIIT) Interval Training. There’s no better way to develop strength, flexibility and balance than through this method. Designed for differing abilities no matter your fitness or flexibility levels.

MONDAY | WEDNESDAY | FRIDAY

9:00 - 9:30am


CIRCUIT

Whether you are new to training or a regular, this group will improve your fitness and increase your strength. Push yourself as hard as you want in an encouraging atmosphere. 

TUESDAY | THURSDAY

5:30 - 6:00pm

BOXING

Improve your fitness and your focus, unleash your stress and get a good old fashioned workout. Designed for all levels, punch your way to health. Gloves and partners provided!

WEDNESDAY

9:30 - 10:00am

Private Groups

Have your own favourite people you prefer to exercise with? Talk to us about a private tailored group class.
